- Use 1/2 bowl of moong.
- Use 2 bowl of water.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.

- Wash the moong dal. In a cooker add 1 spoon ghee. In it add chopped green chilli and ginger. Saute them for a few seconds then add washed dal and tomatoes in it. Add turmeric powder, salt and deghi mirch and mix well. add water and close the lid. Cook on medium flame, till one whistle..
