- Wash all mutton properly with water.and add in cooker add salt in it and cook till 3 wishlet. Now stop all the onions, tomatoes, green chilli,garlic, ginger. Now take one pan and heat the oil in it.now one by one fry all the chopped ingredients in the pan.
- Now cool all these ingredients and add curdin it and now grind..
- Now take one separate pan and add 1 tbsp oil in it and heat it.after heating the pan and all the grind ingredients in this pan. And cook it for 1 to 2 minut.
- Now add salt red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder, and mutton masala and mix it well. Now cover the pan. For 30 to 60 seconds.
- Now take out all the mutton from the cooker remove it all water and add in this grinded mixture. Mix it well cover it again for 10 minute..
- Now again add coriander leaf and mix it well and then again cover it.for 5 minutes..
