  1. Prepare 1 of kilo pork ribs.
  2. Use 1 pack of Cajun mix.
  3. Provide 1 tsp of black pepper.
  4. Get of Dried red chilli.
  5. Get 1/3 cup of wild honey syrup.
  6. Prepare 3 cloves of garlic.
  7. Use 2 tsp of soy sauce.
  8. Provide 2 cups of left over rice.
  9. Get of Carrots, beans and parsley.
  10. Get 1 tsp of salt.
  11. You need 1 stick of butter.

  1. Marinate the ribs in Cajun mix with 1/4 cup of water overnight.
  2. Boil the ribs for about 10-15 minutes using the Cajun mix used in marinating..

  4. Add butter in another pan, garlic and pepper, then the pork ribs. Add soy sauce and then SautƩ it for 5-7 minutes..

  6. Making the Cajun fried rice - sautƩ butter, garlic, carrots and beans. Then add the Cajun sauce let it simmer for 2 minutes. Add the rice and mix thoroughly for the rice to absorb the flavour then serve with buttered corn and carrots!.
