  1. Provide 1 kg of mutton.
  2. Use 4 of medium size onions.
  3. Prepare 3 of medium size tomato.
  4. Get 7 pieces of garlic.

  1. Take a pressure cooker add 1 kg mutton.
  2. Now add roughly chopped 4 onions 3 tomatoes 7 pieces garlic.
  3. Now add 1 tbsp red chilli powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper half tsp garam masala half tsp turmeric.
  4. Add 2 cups of water and lid cover note 20 minutes pressure.
  5. After 20 minutes add ginger paste 2 tbsp.
  6. And mix it well cook at least 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. Take a pan add 1/3 cup oil now add 2 green cardamom 1 tsp zeera.
  8. Fry 1 to 2 minutes and add this oil in to mutton masala.
  9. Mix it well and cook for 2 minutes.
  10. Now add 5 tbsp yoghurt and mix it well cook only 3 minutes after this you will dish out.
  11. Now mutton gravy is ready garnish with ginger and green chilli.
  12. Final look of mutton gravy.
