- Take roti(chapati) roll it firmly and then cut into strips. Preheat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium high heat.
- Add the chicken and season with salt and black pepper,red chilli flakes. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown..
- Remove the chicken from the pan. Add the all vegetables to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes aur until just softened.add the garlic and ginger paste and cook for 30 seconds. Add soya sauce,chilli sauce, ketchup and mix very well.
- Now add chicken and roti strips and noodles (sapagaties) and cook for 3 minutes.now roti noodles is ready.
