  3. Now grease the moulds with ghee. Put some strands of saffron and chopped dry fruits in the moulds. Then pour the curd mixture in all moulds. Cover the moulds with aluminium foil. And arrange them in steamer. Cover the steamer and steam for 20 minutes on high flame..
  4. After coming to room temperature open the foil and set it in fridge for 1-2 hours. Then unmould the yoghurt pudding and serve chilled..
