  7. Now make small balls equall size dust in dry flour roll on with rolling pin make equal size puris.
  8. Heat on oil in frying pan when it's heat add 1 puri fry with spektula press little all over puri fluffy puri is ready..
  9. Now serve with tempered daal hot fluffy puries. ( you can cook in presser cooker also but in open pan daal tests more..
