  2. Take a kadhai/pan,add 02 tbsp oil.once oil is hot add cumin/jeera.
  3. Add hing and garlic and saute for 30sec.
  4. Add chopped onions and fry till translucent.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and wait for it to turn soft..
  6. Once tomatoes are soft,add spices- salt,red chilli powder,coriander powder,dry ginger powder and mix thoroughly..
  7. Now add curd and boiled rajma,give it a good mix and cover for 10min on low flame..
  8. Open after 10min -add garam masala,coriander leaves and mix it well..
  9. Switch of flame and keep rajma masala aside..

  20. Heat a grill pan and brush oil. Keep wrap on it and grill it from both sides nicely..
