  1. AddBoil the lentils for about 30minutes then put it in a bowl and clean the cooking pan.
  2. Prepare all the ingredients that is red capsicum,garlic,onions,tomatoes separately.
  3. Add a little oil in the cooking pan then add garlic and onion to fry until almost golden brown then add the capsicum to cook for a while before adding tomatoes to cook till all soft.
  4. To the mixture,add the lentils but without the soup and a pinch of salt,then turn the mixture thoroughly and allow it to cook for some minutes before pouring in the soup,then add Royco and mix.Allow it to cook for some time..
  5. To another cooking pan add a little oil then measure four cups of water used for rice and a pinch of salt in the cooking pan and allow it to boil for some time before adding the rice and allow it to cook till all water is drained..
  6. Serve hot and enjoy the taste.
