The ingredients needed to prepare Veg Noodles:
- Use 2 packets of Noodles.
- Provide as needed of Water for boiling noodles.
- Get to taste of Salt.
- You need 2 tsp of Oil.
- Take 1 tsp of Butter.
- Prepare 1 cup of Capsicum finely chopped.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Carrots finely chopped.
- Get 1 cup of Onions finely chopped.
- You need 2 tsp of Soya Sauce.
- Provide 3 tsp of Chilli Sauce.
- Provide 1 tsp of Vinegar.
Steps to make Veg Noodles:
- Boil some water with little oil and salt. When the water starts boiling add the noodles to it. Boil for approximately 2-3 mins.
- After the noodles are done immediately strain with with the help of strainer and pour some cold water over it..
- Once the water is strained spread the noodles in a plate and rub some oil over it to avoid sticking of noodles.
- Now heat some oil & butter in a kadai and stir fry the vegetables. When the vegetables are almost done add the sauces & vinegar to them.
- Add the boiled noodles to the vegetables and stir quickly to avoid sticking. Toss the noodles in the kadai well..
- Note - I made vegetable noodles today. You can also add some scrambled eggs to the noodles to make Egg Noodles..
