- Take a big vessel or bowl take all flour and mix together add chilli flex black pepper powder salt cumin powder 2 tbsp oil and salt and knead dough. Dough should be knead like roti dough. Knead rough nicely 5 to 7 times.
- Leave the dough for 10 minutes and after 10 minutes again smoother the dough.
- To make tortillas. Make a thickness medium size roti and keep them separate using piza cutter to give a traingular shape. Keep oil for deep fry. Now add cutted traingular shape tortillas fry them in deep pan in medium flame till it turns golden brown. While frying keep on stirring both sides. It should fry both sides till gets crispy.
