- Take 1 of &1/2 kg Mutton.
- Take 9-11 of tomatoes.
- Take 1 of onion chopped.
- Use 6 of green chillies chopped.

- Take 1/4 cup of coriander chopped.
- Take 1 of tbp red chilli powder.
- Get 1/2 of tbp black pepper powder.

- In a big heating pan add ghee, salt and mutton. Bhounify for 5 minutes..
- Add water. Cover and cook until meat is tender..
- Dry roast cumin and coriander and grind them into a fine powder..
- Cut all the vegetables and keep aside..
- Add onion and tomatoes. Cover lid again and cook on high flames for 7-8 minutes..
- Now remove tomato skin with the help of tongs..
- Crush them with help of spoon and add all the spices. Cook for another 5-8 minutes on high flames..
- Garnish with coriander, chillies and ginger. Sprinkle cumin coriander powder and serve hot..
