Steps to make Beef lasagna:
- In pan add oil onion garlic and saute for 2 mins.
- Add mince and saute until mince changes color.
- Add tomatoes tomato ketchup and mix well.
- Add salt red chilli,black pepper,tomato paste and water and cook for 10 minutes.
- For white sauce: in pan add butter and let it melt add flour and mix well gradually add milk and keep stiring and mix continuously. Add salt and black pepper until sauce thicken.
- For assembling: grease baking dish with oil,spread white sauce,cover it with lasagne sheets,add cooked mince,then again pour white sauce sprinkle cheddar cheese and mozeralla cheese..repeat the same process..sprinkle cheese and bake for 25 minutes at 180° or untill cheese is golden brown.
