  1. Cut spinach and wash it three or four times. Then blanch spinach and strain out water..
  2. Now put spinach, lentil and water in a pot. Add salt, crushed red chillies, turmeric and garlic paste..
  3. When spinach & lentil is fully cooked(mixed it well with each other)..
  4. Add green chillies, ginger and lemon. Cook it again for 5-10 minutes in a low flame..
  5. Now take Desi ghee in a fry pan with round red chillies and garlic slices. When garlic slices turn into golden brown, pour it into lentil..
  6. Simmer it for a minute..
  7. Serve it hot with Parathas.
