Everybody knows that in order to truly be healthy you need to eat a nutritious and balanced diet and get a proper amount of exercise. The is that, at the end of the day, we don't always have the time or energy required for a healthy lifestyle. Working out at the gym isn't something people decide to do when they get off from work. People crave sweets and salts, not veggies (unless they are vegetarians). The good news is that making wise decisions doesn’t have to be a chore. If you keep going with it, you'll get all of the required foods and activites. Here are some tips to be as healthful as possible.
Pick water over other refreshments. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every once in a while isn’t a horrible idea. It is, however, a bad idea to exclusively drink soda or coffee. Ingesting water instead of other kinds of drinks is a good way to aid your body in its health and hydration. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Effective weight loss efforts often depend entirely on water ingestion.
There are a whole lot of things that work toward your getting healthy. Extensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the solution. Little things, when done every day, can do a lot to enable you to get healthy and lose pounds. Make shrewd choices every day is a great start. Getting as much exercise as you possibly can is another factor. Remember: being healthful isn’t just about slimming down. You need to help to make your body as strong as possible.

- Wash and soak the rice in a bowl. I have cut the chicken into small pieces and marinade with pinch of salt and pepper. I had some left over vegetable curry so used them in it. Otherwise you chopped all the vegetables and wash them..
- In a large frying pan pour just 1 tsp of cooking oil. Then add the chicken. Cook it until the colour turns into brownish. Then add onion and tomatoes. As we prefer bit spicy so I have added some green chillies but it’s optional..

If you are using the raw vegetables, this is the time when you have to add the vegetables. Give it a good stir. After 7 to 10 minutes add 10 cups of water. Make sure it gets mushy.
