- First of all mutton ko thory sy time boil kar lein.
- Mutton mein dahi (4tbs) adrak garlic paist 4(tbs) tikkah boti masala biryani masala 1 tsb salt 1 tsb kali mirch 4 lemon juice,soya and chili sauce add kar ke mix karein adha ghanta rakh dn.
- Oil garam kar ke piyaz brown karein or nikal lein.
- Usi oil mein mix kiya mutton add karein baki ka adrak garlic paste add karein or halki anch py fry karein jab achy sy fry ho jaiyn us mein 3 tomato chopped and green chili add karein 1 tsp soya and chili sauce add karein.
- Pani ko boil karein us mein sabz Elaichi kali Elaichi darcheeni kali merich zeera 2 tsp oil add kar ke boil karein.
- Rice achy sy dho ke adha ghanta pehly rakh dein boil pani mein rice add karein chopped green chilli hara dhaniya add kar dein.
- Rice boil ho jaiyn alag kar lein.
- Pan mein oil sy greasing kar ke kishmish coconut badam brown kar lein.
- Alag daigchy mein layer lgaiyn rice mutton tikah boti masala, fried onion, kishmish, coconut, badam katy hui tomato, hara dhaniya, green chilli, podeeny ki layer lgaiyn or dam py rakh dein.
