  1. Peanut sesame seeds melon seeds poppy seeds Cummin snooty tomato take a vessel add all the ingredients and boil for 5 minutes and make a fine paste.
  2. In another pan heat 1 tsp oil and fry the onion then make paste.
  3. Heat 1/2 cup oil in wok add ginger garlic paste onion paste and tomato paste and cook until oil separate from gravy.
  4. Now add dried fenugreek leaves turmeric powder red chili powder coriander powder garam masala mix well add cream and milk cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Now add blanched Mushroom and cook for 5 minute and serve with Roti..
