  1. Provide Half of tuber of yam.

  3. Take of Thyme (1tbp).
  4. Take of Little water.
  5. Get of Cooking oil.

Instructions to make Fried Yam:

  1. Dice yam into desired sizes but not chunky. Rinse and season with the stock seasoning, salt, thyme and a little water as shown in the pix..
