  23. Prepare of Topping 1/4 cup of each.
  24. You need of Almonds.
  25. Prepare of Pine nuts.
  26. Provide of Raisins.
  27. Use 1 tablespoon of Oil.

Instructions to make Ozzie:

  1. Get the lamb ready add all the spices and oil cover in foil cook in oven for 4 to 5 hours when is finish you brush it with ghee.
  2. Cook the rice with oil and 1 tablespoon all spices.
  3. Over medium heat add oil cook carrots peas add 1 teaspoon of the all spices.
  4. Cook the ground meat with onion with all spices make sure no juice.
  5. With 1 tablespoon oil you salute the raisins and the almond pine nuts separately.
