In a hot pan add 1tbsp oil, and saute onions and chilli until translucent, add ginger garlic paste stir for a minute, add tomatoes and seasoning, saute until tomatoes have dissolved, add minced meat, break down with a cook fork until meat has crumbled and combined with the onion mix, add vinegar, garam masala, mix and cook until the moisture is completely dried off..
  2. Take off heat, let it cool, add coriander and mix, set aside and set up assembly..
  3. Portion out mashed potatoes, flatten the portion on your palm evenly, add a tbsp of mince in the centre, fold in and seal to form a patty.
  4. Dip patty in egg wash and drop into bread crumbs, roll on all sides to coat evenly..
