  10. Get of Butter 2 table spoons.
  11. Use of White flour 3 table spoons.
  12. Take 1 1/2 cup of Milk.
  13. Get 1 cup of Chicken stock.
  14. Get 1 1/3 cup of Cheese (shredded).

Steps to make Chicken Lasagne:

  1. Boil Noodle sheets in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Add salt pinch and oil (one teaspoon). Spread it in a basket to dry.
  2. Take a wok and warm oil on medium heat.
  3. Add onions and fry till they are light golden.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste.
  5. Add minced chicken and fry till it changes it's colour.
  6. Add tomatoes and Lasagne Masala (keep one table spoon Of Masala aside).
  7. Add Pizza Sauce and water and keep the lid on it to tender.
  8. For White Sauce, melt butter in a wok.
  9. Add white flour and saute for 2 minutes.
  10. Gradually add milk.
  11. Add one tablespoon Lasagne Masala and chicken stock.
  12. Stir it till you attain the required thickness.
  13. For layering:.
  14. Spread sheets in a dish.
  15. Add prepared chicken, put white sauce and shredded cheese.
  16. Prepare the second layer in the same way.
  17. With one packet of Lasgne Noodles, you can make almost 3 layers.
  18. Put Cheese on the top layer too.
  19. Bake at 180 degree for 10 minutes..
