- Heat a wok and add capsicum..
- Mix well for one minute..

- Add tomato puree and mix well..
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, corinder powder, garam masala and sugar, mix well on medium flame..
- Stir regularly on low flame..
- After 2 minutes add capsicum & paneer mix well..
- Stirred one minute..
- Take off the flame..

- In yellow gram lentil (moong dal) batter add salt, red chilli powder, ginger paste, chopped green chilli & coriander leaves..
- Few drops of ghee spread on a non stick pan (Tava)..
- Pour a laddle full of batter in the centre of pan (Tava)and spread it..
- Keep semi thick (like a chapati)..
- Cook on both sides on low flame & add ghee the sides if needed..
- Place the cooked CHEELA wrap on a plate..
- 2 tbs of paneer & capsicum mixture (stuffing) on the centre of the wrap and fold it three sides..
