  1. Take 660 g of raising flour (i add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder to it).
  2. You need 400 g of sugar (you can reduce to your liking).
  3. Prepare 350 ml of cooking oil (they make them extra soft).
  4. You need 460 ml of milk (you may not use all).
  5. You need 6 of eggs.
  6. Use 1 of Lemon.. grate the peel for use in flavouring.

  1. Mix cooking oil, sugar and eggs with a mixer.
  2. Add flour little by little as you mix as you add the milk too..
  3. When done, add your flavour (mine is grated lemon peel).
  4. Prepare your baking tray by lining with the cupcake papers and add the cupcakes mix.
  5. Bake in the oven at 175°C for 45 minutes. When ready I adjust my heat to 200°C to brown them.
