- When butter melts, add all purpose flour and mix until a paste is formed.
- Add milk in portions to avoid flour lumps.
- Add salt, black pepper, oregano leaves and cheese and mix until cheese melts and a smooth sauce is formed.
- Now take a baking dish, apply some olive oil to the dish with the help of brush so that it becomes non stick..
