  1. In a wok take oil and fry onions add clove and cinnamon and garlic. When it turns light brown add mutton and bhonify than add ginger paste.
  2. Now add salt red chili and haldi and bhonify until all water of mutton dry.
  3. Now add crushed cumin and coriander and add water 2 glass and put it on a low flame untill mutton tender.
  4. When water dry and mutton get tender bhonify it and tomato paste. And bhonify.
  5. When tomato water dry and oil come on it add garam masala and chopped green chili. Mutton salan is ready to eat. Garnish it with fresh coriander and ginger..
