  1. Use 1 of serving Plain cooked rice.
  2. Prepare 3 tbsp of Rice vinegar (or vinegar for sushi).
  3. Get 1 of Shrimp.

  5. Take 1 slice of Salmon (for sashimi).

  4. Cut a shiso leaf in half, wrap it around another ball, and top with the tuna (and some chopped green onion)..
  5. Top the third ball with the shrimp and olive..
