It is the little things you choose each day that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Being intelligent when you choose your food and activities is where it begins.   1. Use 500 g of pasta.
  2. Prepare 680 g of tomato pasta sauce.
  3. Use 2 of canned button mushrooms, sliced.
  4. Get 660 g of sayur sawi/ Sio Pek Chye. Seperate stalk and leaves.
  5. You need 600 g of prawns.
  6. Get 250 g of Minced Mutton meat.
  7. You need 250 g of mixed veggies.
  8. You need 1 of red onion minced.
  9. Take 2 cloves of garlic minced.
  10. Prepare of olive oil.
  11. Provide of water.
  12. Prepare of salt and pepper.

Instructions to make Spaghetti:

  1. Boil pasta as per packet instructions and set aside..
  2. Add olive oil into a wok and heat up. Then add the minced onions and garlic. Add two tbsp of tomato sauce..
  3. Add frozen prawns until cooked. Next add mutton meat and mixed veggies..
  4. Insert the stalks and mushrooms. Once the stalks are cooked, add the leaves..
  5. Cook for 15 minutes and add in water, salt and pepper as desired..
