The ingredients needed to cook Savoury Oats:

  1. Provide 150 gms of oatmeal.
  2. Get 2 cups of or more stock.
  3. Use 100 gms of chopped vegetables, I use frozen mixed vegetables.

  1. Mix oats and stock in a deep dish pan and place on stove top, keep stirring and oats are cooked, add vegetables cook for another 5 minutes, add salt and pepper, turn heat off, laddle in serving bowls sprinkle with nuts and enjoy,.
  2. You could also just break an egg per person, just 1minute prior to turning the stove off, let it sit just for 2 minutes before serving, enjoy.
