- Prepare 1 tbsp of poppy seed or sesame seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder.
- Use 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg powder(optional).
- Prepare 2 teaspoon of ghee or butter.

- First of all chopped all the nuts u may use any nuts of ur choice. All the nuts are chopped now we will grind pitted dates in a food processor or chopped them fine with the knife as well..
- Add 1tsp ghee in a non-stick pan once it heated and roast all the chopped nuts on a medium flame for 4-5 minute. Aftr 4-5 minute once all the nuts are rosted and out in a pan..
- 5-Add the ghee and roast poppy seeds or sesame seeds on a low flame for about 2 minute poppy seeds or sesame seeds are roasted now. 6-Add chopped pitted dates and mix it well for about 1-2 minute..
- Add roasted chopped nuts, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder and mix evrything well combined in a low flame 4-5 minute and now switch off the flame let it cool 5-6 minute. Now with this mixture you can make a ball or burfi as well..
- If you same like mine take a half of the mixture and make a log off two inches diameter cover it with foil and keep it in a fridge for about two hours after two hours rolls are set now. Cut these logs in 20 half inch thickness and rolls are ready to serve & enjoy!☺.
