  1. Take 1 1/2 cup of flour.

Steps to make Lasagna:

  1. 1st make soft dough. Make 4 equal portion.. And make 4 chapati.. Make as thick as we make bhatura...
  2. Cook it in a pan for only5-10 sec each side on a medium flame.
  3. Add 4 tbs butter and 1 tbs oil in a pan.. Add 3 tbs flour.. Saute it for a minute add 1 cup of milk.. And let it cook for 3-5 min. Add pinch of salt...
  4. For red sauce.. I have taken readymade pizza sauce... And have added 3 tbs tomato ketchup and 1 tsp of red chilli powder. Add 1/2 cup of water and mix well.. Note: u can make pizza sauce at home also...
  5. Take 4 tbs oil of in a pan.. Add 2 tbs garlic 1/2 spoon of oregano, chilliflakes and mix herbs in it. Saute for 30 sec.. Add all chopped vegetables and saute for 5 min.. Add salt to it.
  6. Note: add corns and tomato at the end.. After adding salt.. As not to make mushy tomato....
  7. Take pan.. Add 1 tbs oil. And toamto sauce and spread it.. Add our pasta sheet. Than again spread red sauce.. Spread vegs.. Add some grated cheese. Then white sauce...
  8. Make 3 layers from 4 sheets.. On last sheet pour remaining sauces and lots of cheese.. Sprinkle some chilliflakes and oragano.. And put it on a low flame..and cover it... For 10-15 min....
  9. Note: dont put medium heat also... Put it on a low flame..
  10. If u want to male it in oven.. Process is same.. Put in oven for 10 min at 250 dg..
