- सबसे पहले एक बर्तन में मक्के का आटा और गेहूं का आटा लें फिर सारे मसाले मिला लें और 2 चम्मच ऑयल डालकर मिक्स कर लें फिर थोड़ा पानी डालकर गूंथ लें उसके बाद 15 मिनट के लिए ढककर रख दें.
- 15मिनट बाद कढ़ाई में ऑयल डालकर गरम कर लें फ्लेम मीडियम ही रखें और अब आटे की लोई काटे और रोटी की तरह पतला बेल लें, और अपनी इच्छानुसार ट्राइएंगल, चकोर या गोल शेप काट लें थोड़ा से चाकू से छेद कर लें ताकि सेकने पर चिप्स फूले नहीं।.
- अब तेल गरम हो गया हो तो उसमे चिप्स तल लें और हल्का गुलाबी होने तक सेंक लें । जब दोनों तरफ से चिप्स सिक जाएं तो चिप्स उतार लें इसी तरह से थोड़े थोड़े करके सारे चिप्स तल लें अब आपके नाचोस चिप्स तैयार हैं इसे चाट मसाला या सॉस डालकर सर्व करें।.
