  2. Heat a pan, add 2tsp oil, chopped garlic, onion and ginger garlic paste. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add cabbage and carrots and continue to stir fry for 5minutes. Add salt, pepper, soya sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar..
  4. Add boiled and drained noodles and stir fry for another 5minutes. Sprinkle spring onions and serve..
