Steps to make Venn Pongal:
- Wash rice and mung bean well.
- Pressure cook Rice, Split mung bean, Jeera, Pepper, salt, Water, Milk for 3 whistles (Listed under Pressure cooking).

- Heat a skillet. add ghee, curry leaves, jeera and peppercorn (the ones listed under seasoning). stir for less than a minute and pour on top of the contents in pressure cooker. Stir well.
