  1. Use 1/2 of of a radish cut into slices of 1/5 of an inch.
  2. Provide 1/2 of of a radish julienned to 1/5 of an inch thick, 2 inches long.

  4. Provide 2 tsp of sugar.
  5. Take 1 of half-dried squid (available at any Korean market).
  6. Provide 2 Tbsp of red ground pepper (gochoo garoo).
  7. Get 2 Tbsp of sugar.
  8. Provide 2 tsp of salt.
  9. Get 1 tsp of fish sauce.
  10. You need 2 tsp of minced garlic.
  11. Use 2 tsp of minced ginger.
  12. Take 2 sprigs of green onion, minced.
  13. Take 1 cup of cooked rice.
  14. Use 2 sheets of nori cut into quarters.
  15. Prepare 1 Tbsp of sesame oil.

Steps to make Chung Moo Kimbab:

  1. After cutting the radish into slices of 1/5 inch. I dried them for 2 days in this apparatus..
