  1. Get 2 of Fresh Soles.
  2. Use Handful of Thyme.
  3. Provide Handful of Baby Potatoes.

  7. Take 20 g of Butter.

Instructions to make Thyme for Sole:

  1. Put the sole in a bowl. Add salty water and give it some thyme.
  2. Peel and shape your potatoes.
  3. Put them on a simmer until they are soft, but not too soft they break apart.
  4. Fillet the fish and dry with some kitchen towel.
  5. Finely chop an onion and fry on a low heat.
  6. Add the bones of the sole to the onions.
  7. Slice a handful of baby tomatoes.
