- Take a wok/cooker add 2 tbsp of oil when it's hot add onion finely chopped. when it turns half Cook put the minced meat in it and let it changes the colour. Add garlic paste give it a nice rotate now add salt, red chilli powder and tomatoes let it cook for next 5-10 mins on medium flame. Add 2 CupS of water and close the vessel after 2-3 whistles open the pot check out the meat it should be little watery inconsistency.put it aside..
- White sauce - Take a pan put butter when bit melt add maida and roast it now add milk little at a time and stir it continuously so no lumps are formed add little salt, pepper and oregano for flavor. Switch off the flame.
- Assembling of the lasagne- Take a glass dish at the bottom brush it with butter + mutton sauce so the sheet won't stick now layer the flat pasta sheets over it again mutton sauce then white sauce and spread little cheese over it repeat this for 3-4 layer topped it with cheese..
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and put it in the oven for 40-60 minutes at 200 °©. I used unboiled lasagne sheets they turned out super moist non-sticky..for extra brown at last open the dish and bake at top rod for 5 mins..
