  4. Put the crushed mango into a bowl,add ground spices,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,ginger and garlic.Mix well..
  5. Add salt and mix.Add whole nigella seeds and carom seeds.Mix them..
  6. Now transfer mango into an airtight glass jar or air tight plastic jar.Pour mustard oil over mango.Shake a little..
  7. Cover the lid and put the jar in sunlight for 3-4days.Aam kuchcha is ready to serve..
