The ingredients needed to prepare Churma laddoos:
- Use 1 1/2 cups of wheat flour.
- Take 1/4 cup of besan flour.
- Take 1/4 cup of fine semolina.
- Provide 1 1/2 tablespoon of Oil.

- Get 1/3 cup of Jaggery.

- In a large bowl add wheat flour besan and semolina mix these then add oil 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil and warm water and knead into a dough..
- Now take the dough and make shapes of a fist and fry these in oil till they are golden brown.
- Then cut these into little shapes let them cool down and grind them to a powder and leave aside.
- Now melt ghee in a pan and add the jaggery and melt the jaggery. Then add this mixture to the powder already prepared then add nutmeg and cardamon powder. Mix these well.
- Using a mould make these laddoos and garnish with poppy seeds great dessert warm or cold after dinner 😊.
