The ingredients needed to prepare Mixed Berry Lemonade:
- Get 10 of raspberries.
- Provide 7 of blueberries.
- Use 3 of lemon slices,halved into wedges to make 6 slices.
- Provide 2 teaspoons of sugar or honey.
- You need 2 of Mint leaves, optional.
- Provide 100 ml of mixed berry juice or cold water.
- Take 50 ml of lemon juice.
- Prepare Handful of ice cubes.

- Put raspberries, blueberries, lemon wedges, mint and sugar in a glass..
- Muddle using the end of a wooden spoon (mwiko) until the lemon secretes juice and the berries are mashed..
- Fill the glass ice cubes, add lemon juice then stir. Taste to see what needs to be adjusted but I didn't need to add anything..
- Top with mixed berry juice or with cold water to fill the glass but if you use water add more lemon juice because water will dilute the drink..
