Steps to make Lasagna:

  1. FILLING:In a pot,toast the onions n add pureed tomatoes,add minched meat,then add the seasoning(pepper,turmeric,curry) add water n cook to thick stew..
  2. BACHAMEL SAUCE:On a nonstick pan,melt the butter,add flour,and whisk in milk,Cook and seasons with salt and pepper to a thick but runny consistensy..
  3. ASSSEMBLING:Grease the baking dish with butter,Pour a quarter of the bechamel sauce,the filling,lasagna sheets then bechamel sauce,then filling...make around 3 times topping end with lasagna sheets.
  4. Bake at 360• for 20-25 min.
