- Use 1/2 kg of mutton mince(fatless).
- Use 2-3 tbsp of roasted gram flour.
- Take 1 of medium sized fry onion.
- Take 4-5 of green chillies.

- You need 1 tsp of chilli flakes.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of cumin powder.

- Use As required of Oil for shallow fry.
Steps to make Mutton kabab:
- Take mutton mince in a mixer jar add ginger garlic paste,fry onion, roasted gram flour 3green chillies, cumin powder, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, garam masala powder, coriander leaves and some mint leaves.add ghee and salt then grind it all together without adding water..
- Now transfer this mixture into a mixing bowl.then add chilli flakes,and finely chopped onion and chopped 2 green chillies.then add few chopped mint leaves.mix all the ingredients well..
- Now take a small amount from the mixture make lemon size ball and then lightly flat between your palm to gives the shape of kabab.prepare all kababs like this..
- Take a non-stick pan add 2 tbsp oil heat it then add few kababs in the pan turn the flame medium.cover the lid and cooked for 3-4 minutes then flip the kabab and do the same process.fry both side and then serve with chilli garlic chutney..
