  3. Add in 2 tbsp rice flour for crispy vada. add more rice flour if required to get thick batter. * Than add 2 green chilli, 1 inch ginger, 1/2 cup onion, 2 tbsp coriander, 1 tsp jeera 1/2 sounf, coriander seeds and ½ tsp salt. mix well..
  4. Now make some batter and make vada shapes and start dropping them one by one to hot oil.in low medium heat and fry the vada till they turn golden brown..
  5. Drain off the vada on to kitchen towel to absorb oil. finally, serve moong chana dal vada with coconut chutney or tomato chutney..
