  1. Boil noodles in a pan. Keep it aside for colling..
  2. Take oil in a pan add chopped garlic, onions and ginger garlic paste sorte it for 2 minutes..
  3. Add chopped cabbage,capsicum and carrots. Mix it well and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes on low flame..
  4. Now add green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, soya sauce and tomato sauce. Add vinegar & salt. Give it a good mix..
  5. Now add noodles and mix it again slowly. Try to keep the noodles intact..
  6. Cover it for two to three minutes on low flame..
  7. After that, turn off the flame. And your noodles are ready to relish. Serves it hot with shezwan chutney and 🍅 sauce. 😊.
