- Turn off the flame add Black pepper garam masala cumin powder coriander fresh and mix and let it cool.
- Than add boil chana Dal and mix it with your hands.
- Khameer. in bowl add all the khameer ingredients flour suji baking powder salt oil egg yeast mashed boil potato and mix it.
- Add chana Dal water and knead it nither too liwuidy nor too hard it would be sent liquid in nature..
- Let it rise for few hours.
- Make small round balls from weeks mixture.
