- Then in same Cooker put grated onions stir and fry till it becomes pinkish brown and then put ginger garlic paste green garlic leaves and green chillies and then put little red chilli powder and stir for a while and then put tomatoes cubes and stir for few minutes and then put fry Suran pieces and put all Masala (coriander powder haldi and salt).
- Now put water as per requirement and cover the cooker for 1/2 whistle and then put little garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chapati ya roti yummy it taste.
