  1. In a pot heat the oil on high flame and add the cumin seeds.it should brown straight away so add the garlic and reduce the heat or your garlic will burn.in a small bowl combine all the dry spices and add a little bit of water to make a paste and when your garlic is golden brown add the spice paste..
