  17. Prepare 1 teaspoon of kasuri methi(crushed).
  18. Get as per taste of Salt.
  19. You need 2 teaspoons of oil.

  21. Use 2-3 of whole red chillies.
  22. Provide 3-4 cloves of garlic.
  23. Get 1/4 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
  24. You need 1/4 teaspoon of jeera.
  25. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Hing powder.
  26. Provide 1 teaspoon of oil.

Steps to make Dal tadka:

  1. Soak all pulses for half an hour cook until 3 (whistles) arrives then add turmeric powder and salt.
